At Kilo Mike Co, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Eligibility & General Policy

Items purchased directly from kilomikeco.com (excluding final-sale items, limited editions, and gift cards) are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the date the order was fulfilled.

All items must be unworn, unwashed, free of pet hair, smoke, or deodorant marks, and returned in like-new condition with original tags and packaging (if applicable).

Items showing signs of wear, use, alteration, or removed from their original condition are not eligible for return or exchange.
Holiday Extended Return Window

Purchases made between November 15 and January 15 will have an extended return/exchange window of 60 days from the date of purchase.
Final Sale Items

All items marked “Final Sale” (including limited editions, clearance items, or gift cards) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

For hygiene reasons, any undergarments, accessories intended for direct contact with skin are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
Exchanges

We offer free exchanges for sizing or style swaps (limited to one exchange per original order).

To qualify, you must ship back your original item within 30 days of the fulfillment date using the label provided.

Once we receive the return, your exchange item will ship out.
Returns for Refund

If you are returning for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, since shipping is a cost incurred by us at checkout.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives with a defect, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with you promptly to correct the issue, which may include a free replacement, exchange, or store credit.

For coverage of manufacturer defects, we offer a 30-day product warranty on all purchases.
Processing Time

Please allow up to 1-3 weeks from the time we receive your return/exchange for processing, due to varying return volumes.
Store Credit

In cases where we issue store credit, a digital code will be sent to the email associated with your order.
Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Third-Party Purchases

We can only accept returns or exchanges for items purchased directly from [kilomikeco.com].
