Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update once the carrier scans your package.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Kilo Mike Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked “Delivered” by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or fails to arrive after being shipped, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery for assistance.

We’ll help file a claim with the carrier and do our best to make it right.
Preorders & Backordered Items

If an item is on preorder or backorder, shipping dates will be noted on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may be split into multiple shipments.
